Aseptic isolators
Description
Our aseptic isolators maintain a Grade A environment with the use of laminar air flow. Its airtight structure guarantees that the control area remains sterile and is not compromised by the external environment. The main door to the product handling chamber is tilted at an angle so as to reduce the feeling of pressure as well as give the user a wide field of view. 

Our isolators are ergonomically designed, taking first and foremost into consideration the long duration of working hours spent on the machine by its operators. We give you the peace of mind that your process integrity achieves and even exceeds it required quality assurance.

·      The main product handling chamber maintains a Grade A clean environment by utilizing laminar airflow.

 

·      The doors utilize an inflatable seal to ensure the airtightness of the aseptic isolator.

 

·      It comes with an integrated hydrogen peroxide decontamination device, giving it a Sterilization-In-Place (SIP)  capability.

 

·      We design and fabricate according to your specific needs and required working environment.

 

·      We can also fabricate isolators that are to be used for containment and use negative pressure instead of the usual positive pressure.
