Pressure Relief Damper(APD)
Description

To prevent contaminated air from entering the cleanroom, pressure relief dampers (also called pressure equalizers) are used to maintain a slight positive pressure inside. These devices are installed in the walls and help balance the pressure between the inside and outside of the room. The internal blades can be adjusted using counterweights according to on-site pressure difference requirements.

·     The blades adjust based on the pressure difference inside and outside the cleanroom to keep the internal pressure stable.

·     The counterweight can be adjusted for pressure between 0.5 mmAq and 2.2 mmAq.

·     Screw length can be modified for walls thicker than 40 mm.

·     A protective cover is installed on the casing to prevent collisions and obstructions during damper movement.
