Description

ULPA (Ultra Low Penetration Air Filter) is designed to screen particles larger than 0.1 µm~0.2 µm with an efficiency of 99.999%.

Widely used in electronics, microelectronics, semiconductors, optional devices, biological and medicine, cameras and optional instruments, precision machinery, and other fields.

·    Ultra low penetration air (ULPA) filters are 99.999% efficient in removing particles 0.1 µm and larger. Suitable for H14 class as per EN1822.


·    All filters are leak tested for particle count.

·    Filter construction as per recommendations of IEST-RP-CC001.

·    Each filter comes with a test report.
