Fan Filter Unit (FFU) product has obtained certification from 「MET」 and has been awarded the ANSI/UL507 certificate.
To export high-quality FFU products that meet relevant regulatory standards to well-known semiconductor manufacturers, various departments of AIRTECH worked collaboratively to achieve the ANSI/UL507 certification. This process included dielectric voltage withstand test, grounding continuity test, and other relevant inspections, providing strong assurance for the quality of products.
